The Koinonia Foundation (the Foundation) is seeking an Executive Director (ED). The ED will report to the The Koinonia Foundation’s Board of Directors (Board) and will be responsible for the consistent achievement of the organization’s vision and mission. The ED’s primary focus is to report on the day to day management and operation of all newly developed extended programs and services provided by the Foundation as well as to implement all policy decisions of the governing Board. The ED will be responsible for assisting with the needs of those existing programs affiliated with UT.
The successful candidate will be an experienced fundraiser, partnering with the Board in fundraising efforts to support Foundation programs. S/he will oversee the administrative and fiduciary functions of the Foundation and will represent the Foundation by building strong relationships within the community, with key stakeholders, Foundation staff, and the Board.
